Booking & policies

How Booking Works

Three steps, zero stress, and a paper trail for everything.

Deposit. $50 or 25% of the total, whichever is greater, holds your date.
Balance. Due 7 days before the event.
Travel. Free within 40 miles of Lithia, FL; $3/mile beyond.
Late-night events. Attendant or pickup past 10 PM carries a per-hour premium; returns after 2 AM include overnight lodging. Flagged in your quote.
Alcohol. We can’t provide or sell it — bar packages cover everything but the spirits.

Absolutely. Every package is flexible — tell us the budget and we’ll shape the features around it.
