Every package is flexible. Tell us your budget and we’ll trim or add features — drop prints, swap enclosure styles, add hours — and quote it straight.

Popular dates (holidays, prom season, spring Saturdays) go first — 4–8 weeks ahead is safe. But we’ve saved last-minute parties too: it never hurts to ask.

Free within 40 miles of our Lithia, FL storage facility — that covers all of Tampa Bay and well beyond. Past 40 miles, it’s $3 per mile, quoted up front.

Events needing an attendant past 10 PM, or equipment pickup past 10 PM, carry a per-hour late-night premium. If the event is far enough that we’d be returning after 2 AM, overnight lodging at local market rates is added. Both are flagged in your quote before you pay.

Yes — delivery, setup, run-through, and breakdown are all included with staffed rentals. Selfie station daily rentals are delivered plug-and-play simple.

DSLR Booth and Magic Mirror packages include unlimited prints. Selfie Stations are digital-first; add unlimited prints for +$150/3 hrs.

Every package includes digital sharing (text/email on the spot) and an online gallery link sent after the event. DSLR and Magic Mirror add the iPad sharing station.

Most packages include or offer a props table (+$75 standalone). We carry themed kits — luau, Hollywood, holiday, superhero and more.

Selfie stations and Platform 360 love the outdoors with our battery add-on (+$100, 5 hrs). Canopies and the Magic Mirror need level, weather-protected ground — we’ll confirm your site works.

Cotton candy, popcorn and sno-cone machines each cover roughly 60 guests at the $75/day rate. The slushie machine is $199/day with consumables sold separately (flavor-dependent). The candy dispenser is $40/day — candy not included.

No — we can’t provide or sell alcohol. Bar packages include the wood bar, certified bartenders, tools, ice, cups, napkins, straws, water station and non-alcoholic drink packages. Hosts supply any spirits.

Bartender-for-hire runs $75/hr with a 4-hour minimum. Bar + bartender packages cover 4 hours at the package price; extra hours are $75/bartender.

$175/day includes the black wood folding bar, assembly and breakdown, and white Igloo 60-qt rolling coolers. It folds flat for the trailer, then assembles into a proper full bar — real counter space, real bar energy, not a folding table with a skirt.
