A $50 deposit (or 25% of the total, whichever is greater) holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
Free within 40 miles of our Lithia, FL storage facility — that covers all of Tampa Bay and then some. Beyond that it’s $3 per mile, quoted up front.
No — we can’t provide or sell alcohol. Our bar packages cover the wood bar, certified bartenders, tools, mixers, and non-alcoholic drinks; hosts supply any spirits.
Events needing an attendant past 10 PM (or equipment pickup past 10 PM) carry a per-hour late-night premium, and far-away events that would have us returning after 2 AM include overnight lodging. We’ll always flag it in your quote.
